Michael Nelson

Sterling is the Team Leader for our office. Born and raised here in Oklahoma, he is passionate about helping his community. He is also the founder of a non-profit organization called Push Push Pray. Sterling enjoys sports, especially football, and good music! his relaxed attitude helps to put our customers at ease, especially during a claim situation! Ensuring that our customers are protected properly with coverage that is focused on value over the lowest cost is his main goal with everyone.

Kamden is our Business Lines leader. He is experienced in helping the needs of our small business customers. Kamden is originally from a tech background, but he moved here to Tulsa to pursue a new a career. He joined our office because he wanted to make an impact on the lives of the people of the Tulsa community. By working with small businesses and individuals to improve their financial stability through the right insurance plans he has grown into an incredibly capable member of our team.

Kamie is our biggest personality! She is one one of our Account Managers, and she is also the top producer for our office. She has been able to help more customers than anyone else! She lights up our office and has a huge impact on the rest of the team! She is bilingual, and does an amazing job with our Hispanic customers as well. Coming from a background as a waitress, she already knew how to make quick connections with people, and with us she has been able to form many lasting relationships with our customers.

Martha has been a huge part of our Service Team for years. She has 3 amazing kids and she is a fantastic mom. Our customers love her! She is always the first person people see when they walk into our office, and she does such a good job of making them feel welcome here! She is one of our bilingual staff members and has done an outstanding job of helping our Hispanic customers.

Stephanie is our Office Manager. She runs the office. the team and helps to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Stephanie has over 10 years of Insurance experience and has had experience running multiple office and teams. She is a Wife and Mother of 2 awesome kids, and she treats the team as an extension of her family. The energy and passion that she brings to the office is contagious and has affected everyone here.

My name is Hannah Keene and I am an account specialist for local State Farm agents. I have been working in this role remotely for a few years but have held other in-office positions in the past. I enjoy helping our customers understand how insurance can benefit them as well as making sure they are covered for whatever life may throw at them. I’m the mother to four beautiful girls. We enjoy getting outside and soaking up the sun or a good family game night. I also coach my daughter’s softball team. I’m thankful for the position the Lord has blessed my family with and excited to see where he takes us.

Kristy was born, raised, and has lived her entire life in small town OK! She has 2 amazing adults that call her MOM-a son and a daughter, a bonus son, and she is “G” to her totally talented, beautiful, creative, and unique granddaughter. She worked for 20+ years in education from working in the classroom/library with students, tutoring, secretary, and finally to administrative assistant for 10 years. She also used to operate a craft business with her mom which was a great way to combine her love of painting and designing with work. Kristy enjoys learning about people, and helping those she can fills her servant’s heart with joy. She loves problem solving and trying to find out why things are the way they are. She readily admits she is also a little on the persistent side.

Kristy loves the idea of adventures and traveling and has been working on her bucket list of must-see places beginning with the U.S. but hoping soon to expand those horizons!

My name is Monica. I am 61 years old, and I have 2 boys 31 and 30 years old, both Marines. I have been married for 31 years and have 2 dogs.

I am the claims specialist in the office and have been with Michael’s office for just over 1 year. I have been with State Farm since 2018 and started out in Claims. That make ne uniquely qualified to help our customers navigate the claims process form beginning to the end. I take incoming claims and assist customers with any claims questions they may have. I help coordinate with shop choices and contractors for claims. I love helping people when the unexpected happens. I enjoy talking with people and learning more about them as people and as customers of our office.
