I am the claims specialist in the office and have been with Michael’s office for just over 1 year. I have been with State Farm since 2018 and started out in Claims. That make ne uniquely qualified to help our customers navigate the claims process form beginning to the end. I take incoming claims and assist customers with any claims questions they may have. I help coordinate with shop choices and contractors for claims. I love helping people when the unexpected happens. I enjoy talking with people and learning more about them as people and as customers of our office.

Kristy was born, raised, and has lived her entire life in small town OK! She has 2 amazing adults that call her MOM-a son and a daughter, a bonus son, and she is “G” to her totally talented, beautiful, creative, and unique granddaughter. She worked for 20+ years in education from working in the classroom/library with students, tutoring, secretary, and finally to administrative assistant for 10 years. She also used to operate a craft business with her mom which was a great way to combine her love of painting and designing with work. Kristy enjoys learning about people, and helping those she can fills her servant’s heart with joy. She loves problem solving and trying to find out why things are the way they are. She readily admits she is also a little on the persistent side.
Kristy loves the idea of adventures and traveling and has been working on her bucket list of must-see places beginning with the U.S. but hoping soon to expand those horizons!
